What to expect on the day?
Arrive 10 minutes early
We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to complete your paperwork.
There is no need to bring anything with you, just yourselves, your two witnesses and any guests who are coming to share in the moment!
Please tell your guests not to arrive more than 10 minutes early as we may be marrying another happy couple!
Get married!
If you’re having a short ceremony, you can choose to walk up the aisle separately, together or not at all, listen to your celebrant share some legal words, read your legal vows and share a kiss (or hug) to celebrate! If you would like to exchange rings or read vows that you’ve written you can do this too.
After the 5-10 minute ceremony, you will celebrate with your guests and sign the official marriage certificates with your two witnesses.
If you’re not having a ceremony, you will listen to your celebrant share some legal words, read your legal vows, and sign the official marriage certificates with your two witnesses.
Celebrate together or with your family and friends!
There will be roughly 15 minutes remaining of your booking to celebrate with your new husband or wife, your witnesses and your guests. You can take photos or just simply enjoy the moment. Your celebrant will be more than happy to capture a photo of everyone!
Our venue is just a short five minute walk to Jetty Road or the Marina where you can grab a celebratory drink or a bite to eat!
